Returns Policy

At Stunna Attire, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original, unworn condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is free from damage, stains, odours, or signs of wear
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories (hats, headwear)
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@stunnaattire.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address
  4. Ship the item back at your own cost — we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll cover return shipping and resolve it promptly.
